Design Month (MDD) is an initiative of the Design Area of the Ministry of Culture, Arts and Heritage of the Government of Chile and the design organization Local.
It is a collaborative agenda of cultural and educational events where the academy, unions, organizations, offices, designers and creators meet to address the problems and innovations of design in Chile.
This, with the aim of promoting and positioning the role of this discipline and practice among citizens and to understand its value as a key agent in creative economies and in the preservation of heritage, memory and identity of societies.
